Since 2009, Surrey Hills Property Management have worked closely with the management team here at Woodside Park to overhaul and refurbish the site to both modernise the existing buildings and facilities, and bring it in line with current building regulations. In this way, over the past two years we have helped increase tenant occupation rates from less than 60% in 2009 to 96% in May of this year. This has typically involved the redesign, modernisation and refubishment of outdated and ineffcient office and industrial space to bring the areas being advertised into line with market demand.

The majority of work undertaken has included partitioning and installation of suspended ceilings, modernisation and refitting of electrics and plumbing where required and consultations with the local authority and submission of relative applications where a change of use is required. We also have a dedicated structural team and as such are happy to carry out extensions and further structural alterations.
