Central House had been let for a number of years as a large expanse of open plan office space and once unoccupied had been advertised for 18 months attracting very little interest. The format of the open plan office space did not cater for the market demand and as such it was decided to divide the unit up into smaller serviced offices.

As such, the large offices were stripped back, partitioned, wired for telecommunications and data and central heating installed prior to the decoration of each serviced office.
