Unit 11 also forms part of the old laundry situated at Woodside Park in the early 1900's, and was previously used as a large open plan office. This form of layout attracted few prospective tenants, and as such we proposed for it to be marketed with the potential for the occupation of other uses, and a suitor was subsequently found.

Working closely with the management and prospective tenant, the unit was stripped and partitioned to create the gym area, together with seperate changing and treatment rooms; air conditioning and shower and toilet facilities were also fitted and a suspended ceiling installed.
